Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Payment, Refund and Cancellation Guidelines

Effective Date: 30 October 2026
At Dhyanahita, we are committed to providing a transparent and satisfactory experience for all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to payments, programme registrations, healing sessions, courses and membership subscriptions.

01 General Refund Policy

Customers are requested to carefully review the service description, programme details, duration and applicable fees before completing a payment.

  • All refund requests must be submitted through our official contact details.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on the nature of the service and payment status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and payment provider procedures.
  • Refund eligibility may vary depending on whether the service has already been delivered or accessed.

02 Cancellation by Customer

Customers who wish to cancel a booking or registration must inform Dhyanahita through the official contact details.

  • Cancellation requests should preferably be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling may be permitted depending on availability.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the service type, booking status and applicable cancellation terms.
  • Requests for cancellation after a session or programme has commenced will be reviewed individually.

03 Cancellation by Dhyanahita

If Dhyanahita cancels a confirmed paid session or programme:

  • Customers will be informed about the cancellation.
  • An alternative date or rescheduled session may be offered, subject to availability.
  • If an alternative service cannot be provided, an eligible refund for the affected service will be initiated.

04 Online Courses and Membership Subscriptions

For online courses, digital materials and membership programmes:

  • Customers should review the course description, duration and features before purchasing.
  • Once digital content or course access has been provided, refund eligibility may be limited, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Membership subscription cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact details.
  • Cancellation of future subscription services does not automatically entitle customers to a refund for services already delivered or subscription periods already used.
  • Duplicate payments and verified technical payment errors will be reviewed for appropriate refunds.

05 One-to-One Healing Sessions

For individual healing sessions and personal wellness programmes:

  • Customers are requested to inform us in advance if they cannot attend a scheduled session.
  • Rescheduling may be offered depending on the availability of the practitioner.
  • Refund requests for missed, cancelled or completed sessions will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable laws.
  • Once a session has been fully delivered, refunds may generally not be available, except where required by applicable law.

06 Failed and Duplicate Transactions

If a payment amount is debited from a customer’s account but the transaction is unsuccessful or the booking is not confirmed, customers should contact us with the transaction reference.

  • Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and eligible excess amounts will be refunded.
  • Failed transactions will be handled according to the payment provider’s and bank’s procedures.
  • Customers may be requested to provide transaction details for verification.
  • Refund or reversal timelines may vary depending on the bank and payment service provider.

07 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved:

  • The refund will generally be initiated through the original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway, bank and payment method.
  • Customers will be informed when the refund has been initiated, where applicable.
  • The actual credit date may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

08 Situations Where Refunds May Not Be Available

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, refunds may generally not be available for:

  • Services that have already been fully delivered.
  • Healing sessions that have already been attended and completed.
  • Digital courses or materials already accessed or downloaded.
  • Membership benefits already used during the applicable subscription period.
